The vital element to the successful addition of much value on the development project was the extended support of the mayor of the Municipal Chamber of Lourinhã and the head of urban planning.
Recognizing the importance of our 8 Waves Silver Coast project to the Lourinhã community, the mayor and head of urban planning approved indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym facility, rooftop barbecue stations with tables, large bench seating, and greenery. There is also a glass structure on the rooftop for indoor events.
Most importantly, the reduction of commercial storefront space was approved to enlarge specific residential unit space creating 43 premium condominium units including oversized terraces and second floor living space. Moreover, the Municipal Chamber of Lourinhã approved the construction of a wider road including a roundabout for convenient access to our 8 Waves Silver Coast project.
