During life in Canada, Frank established deep connections and friendships in the Portuguese community in the capital city Ottawa. Fifteen years ago, Frank was invited to Lourinhã, Portugal to discover a beautiful coastal town and timeless destination.

At a young age, Frank developed business savvy through family businesses in Canada and Hong Kong. Moreover, he possesses a Business Management (BASc) degree from Peru State College in the USA and a Master’s (MSc) degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool in the UK.

With over 30 years of multifaceted experience in the local Canadian construction and development field, heavily at a hands-on level initially, Celso progressively became knowledgeable and proficient in all capacities of residential construction.

Celso’s range of skills includes overseeing the process from the initial stages of planning, legal procedures, zoning and municipality requirements, construction supervision, up to and including finishing stages particularly involved in a more active role towards the finishing phase. As Construction Project Manager, Celso will oversee processes relating to all construction matters, troubleshoot and provide effective solutions when necessary.
